Don't Judge Me.: I don't know everything.......

sunshinefirefly:

I don’t know where I’m going to be at this time next year.

I don’t know who the next person I’ll date will be.

I don’t know where I’ll be living in 10 years from now.

I don’t know who I’m going to meet in college.

I don’t know what kind of a friend I will be.

I don’t know who my friends will…

You never really love the same way again the way you did the first time.

withlovechristine:

You will never be able to open your heart the way you did for your first love. Allow yourself to be as vulnerable. Be able to trust and sacrifice so much for someone. Depend on any other person the way you depended on your first love. You will probably meet a lot of amazing people- some even perfect. And you may even fall in love with them. But I guarantee you will never fall in love with them the same way you fell for your first love.

Time has a funny way of collapsing when you go back to a place you once loved. You find yourself thinking, I was kissed in that building, I climbed up that tree. This place hasn’t changed so terribly much, and so by an extension of logic I must not have changed much, either.

But I have.

This Blood Lamp doesn’t look that bloody, but the way you turn it on can be considered gruesome. It only works once, and you need to add of a drop of your blood to activate it! The idea is to stop and think about how badly you need light before you use it. Designer Mike Thompson created the lamp in order to draw attention to how much energy we waste.

How do people think of these things!

Coming back is the thing that enables you to see how all the dots in your life are connected, how one decision leads you to another, how one twist of fate, good or bad, brings you to a door that later takes you to another door, which aided by several detours—long hallways and unforeseen stairwells—eventually puts you in the place you are now.
