It is always important to know when something has reached its end. Closing circles, shutting doors, finishing chapters, it doesn’t matter what we call it; what matters is to leave in the past those moments in life that are over.

I was just thinking about breakups and how we often refer to the ending of one a ‘failed relationship’, or as though the parting/changed nature of two people is a horrible, heartbreaking sad story, and only in ‘happy endings’ can relationships be deemed successful.
